Sales guy wouldn't go into the attic space to investigate the bird I could hear in there recommended cages on duct outlets (which are fine), and having vent ductwork suctioned out. The suction was not effective because the birds tore through the ductwork. There is absolutely no reason why this wasn't caught up front. Long store short the I had to remove birds myself, replace ductwork because some of them died due to being caged in. The entire house smelled like rotting flesh for 2 days until I could find the correct ductwork (had infestation in multiple ducts). Then I get my bill of over $900 for a job I did myself.
