Very unhappy with what Terminix did to us this year. They scheduled an inspection without our knowledge or permission. I have to be present during the inspection because our hvac ductwork has a damper which is gravity balanced. If someone crawling pulls on the ductwork, the damper won't work and the heat or ac won't balance properly through the house. If I am present, I warn the technician about this to avoid a problem. The inspection report had an instruction on it that said "November only" for inspections. You violated that instruction by scheduling and conducting an inspection in May without our knowledge or permission.
