I was very unhappy with ABC Wildlife. The customer service end was terrific but the execution of trying to rid my property of the wildlife was horrible. Different technicians came every time and they set up the traps differently. When I inquired with customer service about that they said the person who came is very experienced. However the worst part was when twice the trap closed without an animal in it, no one would walk me through how to reset it. They told me to watch the video on their website which I couldn't find and had to use their chat function to get to the video. When I still couldn't reset them it cost $95 for them to come and do it. At least the second time they did it without a charge. It was a very expensive experience with the animals still beneath my home.
