Shady business practices.
I was moving out and told the salesperson I only wanted 2 treatments. He says, oh we can only do a year contract (that should have set of alarm bells) -- but don't worry, you can cancel after two!
After you cancel, then they hit you with huge cancellation fees.
Absolutely no understanding from the business, or acknowledgement that their salespeople might be misleading. They obviously condone this sort of deception.
Unfortunate.

We understand that cancellation fees can be frustrating, especially when expectations aren’t aligned. While it is true that you can cancel at any time, there is a fee for cancelling before your 4th service of the year. This should be made very clear to you at the time of sale, and we apologize that we missed the mark here. Our contracts are designed to ensure we can provide consistent, quality service throughout the year on a seasonal basis. It can take time and multiple services to see the results for certain pest issues. That said, we’re always open to feedback and are committed to making improvements where needed.
