I have been beyond annoyed with Future Services for quite some time with their lack of customer service. There have been times when I've contacted Future Services to request services and did not receive a response for a long time. When I finally did receive a response, the technician had no respect for my time. He called an hour after my window and stated he'd be 20 minutes late. Forty-five minutes later he never showed up and I canceled the appointment. Even after this last episode, I delayed canceling my services until approximately two weeks ago. I spoke with two representatives about the cancellation of services. The last young lady I spoke with (Candace, I think) supposedly canceled my services. I came home on September 11 (about 2 weeks after) and there was a Future Services sign in my yard indicating they treated my property 2-3 WEEKS AFTER I canceled my services. Secondly, on September 12, I checked my bank account and Future Services charged my account for the services they performed. Not only did I not authorize the services to be performed, I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT authorize the charges to my account.

I've sent YET ANOTHER email to Future Services and I am currently awaiting a reply as to when my account will be made whole again.
