The people that come out to service the lawn have been seemingly knowledgeable and professional. They're also a pretty inexpensive service, compared to many of the larger companies in my area.

However, I had one of their technicians come out the other day and within a matter of a couple days, the majority of my lawn died and went completely brown.

They sent someone out to look and he said it's likely because of a lack of water, yet all of my sprinklers are working and they run daily.

I then wanted to escalate to a manager, but all I get when I call customer service is a voicemail system. They don't even have enough budget to staff the phone lines...unreal.

They clearly don't hold themselves accountable and choose to blame the customer even though I provided before/after photo evidence. I'd steer clear of this company. I'd rather pay more money to a larger company who will actually get the job done.
