James is great, very patient, answered all my questions thoroughly and was very understanding of my concerns.
The booking processes was easy however, I did request an appointment for an exclusion only to find out, at the appointment, that the company no longer offers that service. That is my only complaint and reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. James definetely deserves 5 stars.
