Well, not what I'd have hoped for. Late (on a 8AM-12PM window), called at 1045 to say they were going to be late- would be there at 1PM...didn't call to say when they were coming- just showed up at 12:45...Technically: Used the same insecticide from the sprayer outside as inside. Started outside- rather than with clean shoes, do the inside, and then the outside. 'Had to be walked around to show what the perimeter was...once inside, and in the screen lanai area the actual service was seen. Just spraying with the accuracy of a drunk using a urinal. sprayed over furniture legs, lamp bases, power cords- all of it. When inside, still with that same outdoor sprayer- and talking to me, not looking where they're pointing, spraying again with that same accuracy- and out to over 6" away from the baseboards. On the window sills (same sprayer), just spooged a mess on all of them...I had to point to "under the sinks", behind the washer, behind the oven, bathrooms (opening each vanity door, etc...at times, they were spraying, or thought they were ('looking at me while talking), then realized that nothing was coming out and had to repump/prime the cylinder. I was sort of glad they were done and were leaving. I was not happy with the service and will begin the search for another company. Unfortunately, they have my credit card info which is dangerous. Depressing...this was the initial. The next ones are supposed to be all outside- which will be truly a drive-by.
