Nice people but oral contracts can be confusing and unclear for both sides. The first gentleman who explained things didn’t tell me all the options. A good salesman he only told me the most expensive option. When asked he told me the next most expensive option. I never realized til much later there were more options less expensive. A written explanation of all options would be far superior. Not a fan.
