Average I guess... The technician who came to our home was very friendly and polite. However, when it came to killing our volleyball sized, black faced hornet nest, his work was subpar. He sprayed it with something out of a aerosol can. Blasted it with a high pressured hose from his truck breaking the nest up into several pieces and scattering it all over my front yard. He did not dispose of anything. Just left it all on the ground. My dog and Son could not go out front to play for 3-5 days. I would not have spent $199. or used this company for this kind of service if I knew now that the company would not clean up after.
