Both technicians to visit us were very professional and helpful. My only concern is for the traps installed by your technician. (2) of the traps were traps furnished by me but the other (2) were furnished by you and a model not familiar to me. It is my understanding that Iam to monitor the traps and rebait them as necessary. Iam not familiar with operation or baiting procedure for the black plastic traps furnished.
