My grass was doing well until about a month ago when I first noticed gray leaf spot in the backyard. I told the technician that came about a month ago aboutthe gray leaf spot and showed him. At the time it was just starting to appear. He treated it with fungicide but not sure if he spot treated it or treated the entire yard. My guess is he spot treated it because in the last month it has appeared in several other areas of yard already killing sections of the grass, including the initial spot I showed him. The tech was scheduled to come again Thursday June 24th but I called McCalls the Monday prior and asked that they send someone sooner because the gray leaf spot was spreading and killing grass. They said they would discuss with manager and call me back, which they did not do. A different tech than last time came on Thursday June 24th. I showed him all of the areas the gray leaf spot was and he said he would treat the entire yard so I assume he did. I am not happy that I have lost some grass and may lose more since the issue was not addressed a month ago when I made McCalls aware. If more grass dies I will except McCalls to replace it.
