I found Arterix on Yelp and was impressed with the reviews. I only had experience with the national chains before. Within 3 hours of me sending a message the morning after Thanksgiving Art was at the property dealing with the mice. I interacted with both Art and Derek, both were extremely professional and responsive. They empathized with our situation and answered all sorts of questions I had, including when I messaged them after hours. Last, they have a nice automated system so when they come out, you automatically get an 'invoice' with their notes, even if there is no charge for the service. I am not sure how they could have done a better job. Most important, the mice issue was fixed very promptly, entry points were identified and patched (at no additional charge), and a follow up for next month offered by Derek. Gold standard.
