The technician called before coming by on the day of service and showed up exactly when the appointment was scheduled for. Amazing :) once at my home put on booties to come inside that he brought. Very professional to me and courteous to my fur babies who greeted him. Job well done. I would recommend Pestbear to my friends and neighbors.
