I have no complaints regarding the technician. He was very pleasant. My only comment is that when I scheduled my yrly check, I was given a time frame of 12-5. So when I did my morning errands and arrived around 10:30, the tech was here waiting on me. Had I known of the earlier time I would have made sure to be here as I have dogs to move, etc. I'm glad he was here way earlier than I was told, but not sure where the mix up came from.
