The technician was very nice and pleasant. However, the result of the baits was to increase rodent activity in particular urination and unbelievably bad smells. On the second visit the technician left a greater number of bait boxes but entry points into the house have not been blocked. We are hoping that will happen on the third visit. Meanwhile the vents are now stinking unbelievably and rodent activity is still occurring they chewed through the intake hose to the dishwasher and incapacitated it. I suspect I may have to hire someone else to resolve this problem.
