They promised unlimited visits. When I called to schedule an appt they attempted to give me an appt during working hours. I get off at 2, I stated anytime after 2:30 is great. He then told me he didn't have anything until Monday which is 5 days later. Then I called back was told they would be out the next day from 6-30 pm. It's now 6:45pm. No call or anything. I called the 800 # and the young lady reached out to the tech. He attempted to reschedule, I said no. He advised the young lady to tell me to give him 30 mins because he was running behind. The service is terrible, customer service bad. They had me sign a contract, promised unlimited visits, and excellent customer service. That was false. They breaking the contract on the very 1st after visit. This is unreal. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
