I have been dealing with this company now for a little over a year. After purchasing a new trane system I thought my worries were over but I found out, my nightmares were just beginning. I have had to place service calls more than five times since the purchase. Temporary fixes should not be the way of doing business. Calls are now not being returned. I suppose 10 on your side or court are now my only options. I am totally disgusted.
