The initial visit was nice and I really like the guy that came, but since then I have heard nothing. The guy told me would be back in one week and he never showed up. I had told him that my service was supposed to be every two weeks, but he told me would be back in one week because he needed to bring chemicals and would vacuum the pool. No sign of him yet and no word. That was two weeks ago.
