It’s really disappointing that we have to sever our service with you guys over something that could have easily been avoided. Truth, we were satisfied with the service you provided with regards to pest control, but cannot continue with you guys because you left our gate open, which resulted in our dogs getting out. We asked you guys to be very careful with this because we treat our dogs as family, and the thought of losing them to some careless act is not acceptable. What’s worse is the fact that your company didn’t even respond with an apology, or any comment for that matter when I notified you that it happened on August 19. For that reason, we cannot have you back nor recommend you. I hope your technicians will act more responsibly in the future because one day the fur baby that you let out might not return and that will be on your hands and conscience.
