We received a call sometime before 9 o'clock the day of the visit and the technician arrived an hour later. This was not emoción time to ensure the technician has access to the property as we already were at work.

Mr. Geishecker, We apologize, but we are not sure what happened in your case. The scheduled time for our appointment was set between 11am-1pm and the technician arrived at 11:07am for the service. Were you expecting him sooner on the day we were scheduled?
