Not a great experience. Yes, they will eventually set traps and when they set the traps they will definitely catch your critters. The problem is getting them to come out everyday that they are supposed to, and getting them to pick up the traps in a timely manner. We paid for two weeks of trapping, which should have included 8 nights of trapping. Instead, because the trapper skipped a few days without giving us notice (and promised to extend the trapping to make up for it), he then tried to cut the trapping short after only 7 nights of trapping. When we argued that we were owed one more trapping night, he argued against that but left us one trap that we had to set and bait ourselves, even though we needed 2-3 traps per night to help with our problem. Additionally, there were numerous times where they did not come back to retrieve the trapped animal in the 24 hours promised in the agreement, and one of those times the raccoon broke out and escaped. I don't necessarily blame the trappers for this, but rather the company which seems to be overbooking the trappers. They need to try a different business model where they tell the customer that they just don't have enough trappers and to try another company, rather than taking on more business than they can handle. I will not use this company the next time (and there will be a next time thanks to the escaped raccoons).
