Chris gave us a fair quote for the tenting and some really good advice about coordinating the tenting with some roof repair we wanted done, his two suggestions jibing perfectly with those of our roofer. Also want to shout out to Joe Houpt who was the reason we called Newport for the inspection. Joe had come out a week before Chris on a rat complaint, gave us some good advice and some traps. We'd suffered with the rat and failed attempts to catch it for many months. But, after Joe's [free] visit and help, the rat was caught and gone within 72 hours.
