Have been customers for over 10 years and up until April 2020 service has been great. We had beautiful azaleas in yard for over 15 years and in April after outside spraying a week or so later all azaleas were dead. After calling Terminix and speaking to supervisors, no results for replacements or just to skip one $75 payment. What a disappointment. Thinking seriously about switching companies.
