Technician came and performed his job and determined that our AC Compressor required replacement. We contact our Home Warranty company who had no problem replacing the compressor, however the technician wrote down repair instead of replace on his paperwork. It LITERALLY took FIVE days for them to rectify that mistake, with us and the warranty company calling them daily to get it changed! Their customer service is HORRENDOUS!! They NEVER answer the phone, NEVER return messages, NEVER return emails. The only way i was finally able to get it fixed was by the Live Chat on their website. Usually in these situations the warranty company is the issue, but in this case BellCow has 100% been the issue. Now we wait and see how long it takes for them to get the part. I've already been without AC for 7 days in NC AUGUST heat and counting. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
