Your service of our units maybe okay, but your customer service response to admin needs is not. I have asked (by email) several times for my email address to be updated. It has not. Every service report goes to an address that is several years old. Each time, I have to move them from the "junk" to my inbox. Each visit is sent separately. There are dozens of them to be opened and printed. Can they be scanned in as a group(maybe by date done)? The best thing would be if they were just mailed!
