According to my calculations, I was serviced, billed and I paid for the service in December 2019. Since I am paying for quarterly service. I feel you should have come in March 2021, and not February which you billed me for as quarterly. Service is great but I would like it to remain on the quarterly schedule. And if I need additional service, I will request it and as you indicate you would come out at no additional charge.
