Have your staff carry business cards so they can hand them out if we need to give them to friends as a recommendation.

I agree with you, they should always be prepared with a business cards. They are generally pretty good about this, but I bet when they run out on the road they might forget to restock when they get back to the office. I will review with field staff to be sure they have cards in their truck at all times, in the mean-time here are a few cards and a couple of fridge magnets.
