Lately your service has not been very reliable. You were here in September the day the hurricane was coming. So the tech said he would be back the next week after Hurricane to finish lawn. He did not spray weeds because of storm. Just did fertilizer. I had to call several weeks later. He came out and sprayed weeds then was coming right back on 10/2 for the next month. I received one call saying he could not make it. I never heard anything else. I checked the website daily and I was scheduled each day until 10/5 when he finally showed up. He was here about 20- 30 minutes and was leaving when my husband asked him to put down something for all the ants. He did so but states he didn’t notice them. They were huge piles everywhere. I think we should have been more towards the end of the month since he had just come.
