Over 27 years we've been hit with carpenter ants, termites & "woodpeckers". Each time someone from GRIGGS & BROWNE has had to visit, the professionalism & information has been phenomenal. They have never had an "out to get more money from you" attitude; even suggesting to do nothing because it was the end of their season (carpenter ants) & would be gone soon.
This week's inspection of baits was unremarkable but the gentleman did notice woodpecker holes in our shed. He suggested reflective tape to ward off the the bugger. Picked a roll up at Walmart for less than $2. We probably wouldn't have known about the damage until it became an obvious eyesore & complicated repair.
