We are quite dissatisfied with the service provided by Truly Nolen. Every time an inspection is conducted, we have to call the company because the technicians never complete the inspection of all the rodent boxes we have installed, which is essential for ensuring proper control.

Additionally, we specifically requested that inspections be carried out on the second Tuesday of each month, with a prior call to coordinate the signing of the visitor logbook, as this is an important requirement to comply with our certification. However, the technicians show up on random days without notice, making it difficult for one of our operators to accompany them during the inspection.

This level of service does not meet our expectations or the basic requirements for our operations. We would appreciate better coordination and compliance in future visits.
