This is my second time reviewing the service we received/didn't receive recently. As I wrote in my last review, from the time the tech came to my front door to let me know he was here until the time he came to the door to let me know he was finished was no more than five minutes total. Which means he barely had time to go around the house to the access door open it and come back. The proof is in my Ring Doorbell. Very disappointed that that's all $219 gets us.
