The technician, Eric Ryan, does a wonderful job. My problem is with your billing. The day the tech did his work, he would give me his completed worksheet. I would give him a check. Now you refuse to give the tech the ability to print his worksheet. So you send a bill. I have asked for a copy of his worksheet. You send another bill, with no worksheet. I have to call you again. This is a waste of my time.
