I have all of my pest services through Home Paramount. I did this thinking it would be easiest to have all in one place. Not true. Home Paramount's services all work independently, so the billing and scheduling is all confusing. Some things can be paid automatically, others cannot and their website does nothing to help sort out the confusion. Their services are only as good as the rep providing the service. Sometimes it's good, other times, not so much. If you let them inside your house, they try to sell you on new insulation and a whole host of other products and services. They don't make you feel like they are being helpful, they are kind of pushy and at times shady. The reason I give them a 3 is because I think they are as good as any other service out there and I suspect everyone is the same in terms of trying to upsell and service quality based on the individual providing the service. I've had them for over 10 years and have gradually moved all services to them. For all of the inconvenience, it's still better than going to 5 different websites. It just takes a few phone calls to help sort it all out.
