I am not happy that you performed a termite inspection when I just had the system installed in August. Although this service was paid by the builder, In prior termite services, I am use to having scheduled termite inspection visit for indoor and outside and not a drop by visit. I was home and no one bothered to ring door bell but I get a termite inspection invoice.
I would like to be notified via email or phone call when someone is going to inspect baits. I prefer to be present. Thanks.
