Your technician Shelton came on 6/2/21 to diagnose the problem with my AC unit. He very professionally determined that the blower motor is bad and needs to be replaced and would also be ordered after approval from AHS. Then on 6/9/21 technician Chris came out with the motor and installed it and got my AC working again. Both Shelton and Chris were very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and respectable to me of their jobs and responsibilities.
