I received a voice mail asking me to return call to schedule the December service. I forgot to call back and no appointment was scheduled by me. On 12/4/17, my daughter called to say Home Paramount was there. I gave my permission to treat my home. The person was gone before I arrived home. I was not home because I was not expecting anyone since I did not agree to a date and time. I cannot answer some of the questions below since I was not home at the time of service.
