I contacted this company because I was led to believe by another company that I had a pretty bad brown recluse spider problem. I also like the fact that they were veteran owned since I too am a Vietnam vet.
Long story short - the lady scheduling my appointment was very accommodating and was able to set an appointment for me in just a few days.
James was the employee who did my inspection - he was on time (in fact a little early, but called first to let me know). He did a very thorough job during the inspection and I could tell he had a "ton" of experience in pest control. He was polite, remained masked during the inspection, and kind of talked me through the current problem. He informed me of ways to treat my fairly minor problem myself, without spending a lot of money with a pest control company. It seems to me that the other company was more interested in a long term contract for pest control which it turns out was not necessary - more of a sales call than a serious inspection with professional recommendations.
2 Nice Guys has my highest recommendation - seems like a staff of professional employees who really put the customer first and, especially important, educate you about your problem and suggest a cost effective solution. I will always call them first in the future if I have a pest problem.
