I had the worst experience with your company! I first tech Anthony diagnosed my system as being a zoning issue, but turned my system switch off. I was without ANY air for a week and a half. The second tech, Matt came to install parts for my system and told me that my air was registering cold air. Come to find out, that was only the air from downstairs, which was already working. I tried to cat h him before he pulled off, but he kept on driving. I tried countless times to reschedule my appointment asap, but I only ran into rude associates and managers. I had to wait for days for a senior tech ( I cant recall his name, but I believe it begins with an M.) The senior tech tells me that he cant do anything, and that I have a zoning issue. I told him thatyour company should bot have touched my system, and he agreed. Now, I am still waiting to get my system repaired, even though this heatwave. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
