I am a Terminix client for many years. Each Terminix service person has been punctual, professional, and thorough in our twice a year inspections with prevention treatments.
We just had a new Terminix inspector (John Kiger) inspect outside areas of our home and he gave a detailed written replay of each prevention treatment he observed was needed and was applied.
