I have been disappointed since receiving a new technician. I now have to ask him to spray certain areas. The previous technician did a much more thorough job. The lack of spray means I need more frequent spraying. When I call to schedule it takes about a week/ week and 1/2 to get on the schedule to have the technician come out. So I am scheduling about every 2 weeks. I will likely change companies if the new tech can not figure out how to spray.
