Larry, our HVAC professional did a phenomenal job. We've been without a/c since Monday (the SECOND time since we moved in 2 months ago). Larry came in and got right to work. He researched the unit to find the culprit and fixed it (even after leaving to get a part...most companies make you wait for another appt).
