While the service is acceptable. Our service person came twice without an appointment. First time, we accepted the service. Second time he did the outside only. An appointment was made and the interior was treated as scheduled.
Lastly, the increase in service cost is somewhat disturbing...almost 50%. While I am pleased with the treatment I have received now for several years, the cost increase is difficult to accept. I will continue with A-Academy for now.
