Your billing department has apparently made a unilateral decision to start billing me electronically which I never agreed to. Don't assume that if I have an email address that I get or read your mail. Major companies request approval for electronic billing, why don't you? You are the only company that I have trouble with when it comes to billing. I request that I receive a mail invoice monthly.
