We had an infestation of crickets in our house. And we were seeing some other bugs as well. Our old exterminator treated the outside perimeter every other month and the situation did not improve. With the Cricket situation we needed someone who could go underneath in the crawl space and assess the situation. Our old exterminator could not do that. So we contacted Holistic Pest Solutions. Their representative arrived timely and was very knowledgeable. He explained what his suggested approach was. Within 5 days the crickets disappeared along with other bugs. I have signed them up for a bimonthly visit. I prefer the botanical oils as opposed to the chemicals used by other exterminators. So far so good with Holistic!!!
