Paid them to get our ant problem under control, they were at our house 6 times in 2 months, went from ants on the counter tops to ants every where, including dishwasher. Decided to fire them and bring in another pest control company, contacted them about refunding all of my money, since the didn't live up to their guarantee. After talking to numerous people, the last one said they had to check and would call me back later that day, 5 days later and nothing.
Definitely not a company I would recommend to anyone, avoid them.
