I returned from a two week vacation to find 2 enormous yellow jacket nests. One of these threatened our front entrance. When I called Colonial Pest, there were no available appointments in the coming week. We are anticipating workmen here, plus we have a furniture delivery scheduled this week which could have been disastrous. The staff juggled things to fit us in the same day! Then, our technician called to let me know he might be a bit delayed, (he arrived on time,) and then he even offered to help to move construction worker's equipment. We were floored by the exceptional service from phone call to completion of the job. You all rock!
