We seriously doubt that we have received the amount of service we for which we contracted. Considering the far less than 20 man-hours applied plus the value of materials that I estimate were applied makes $2800 for the latest service nearly a factor of two larger than I can justify in my mind.

This latest charge is especially difficult for me to accept in consideration of the $12,000 applied 10 months or so earlier to remediate the very same rodent intrusion situation.

If we have any future rodent intrusions that are not covered 100% by warranty, we will find other providers.

I am considering leaving avoidance reviews on Yelp, but I thought we'd give you the chance to respond first. Would like to hear from you why I shouldn't do that...
