I received a notice from Home Paramount that someone would be coming to my house for a scheduled treatment, and subsequently received an invoice for that visit; however, I have no clue if anyone actually CAME to the house. While I understand all treatments are outside-only due to Covid, I was home all day but never saw anyone, no one knocked on the door to alert me they were on the premises, and no paperwork was left on my door, as the oil company does, for example when they make a delivery. Why should I pay an invoice when I don't know if any treatment was actually accomplished?
