i am confused - i believe i set up to schedule the quarterly service so that i or someone else would be there to let the serviceman into the house to spray. however, 2 of the 3 last servicing times, the serviceman just shows up and we just get BILLED thereafter. this does not make sense for us, as to just do the outside of the house, is not the objective of your company's service for us.
Please review our account and credit this last service and we will set up for the service to come out when we are at the property this month or beginning of March.
